At VelociRAX Australia, we stand behind the quality of our racks and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your gear, you can return your unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Ensure the rack and all components are securely packed in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a tracked service to our Australian distribution center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
